Zephyr in process

Zephyr rendering update

When the process of choosing an artist began in 2017, our committee envisioned something amazing and unique to represent our “gateway”. We were blessed to have over 120 artist concepts to choose from and 3 award-winning artists as our finalists.

In March 2018, the Town Board of Trustees chose artist Douwe Blumberg to create a sculpture for the McCaslin & Main Street roundabout. The CAPS committee plans to have a number of opportunities throughout the year to meet the artist and follow the progress of the sculpture.

Installation date was August 1, 2019.
